    Very disappointed in customer service reps. Took 2 calls and still not right. I called last week first time to ask that I add espn channel back to my plan. Placed on hold for over an hour so I finally hung up as my phone battery was dying!
    Then I called back next day to try again. I told the rep- I need to add espn channel but don’t suspend any channel I get now cause I watch 7 or 8 stations daily- the locals stations, the news stations , hallmark and uptv. He said he could help and he did add espn and espn 2 for $13 increase monthly and did so promptly.
    However , 2 days later I no longer get uptv station 338! This is not right ! I watch blue bloods reruns on this station almost daily and specifically asked to not loose it! I am so mad! Need a supervisor to contact me!
