It’s a bit overrated. I was so excited about this product but when I set it up I was very disappointed.It’s not what everyone was saying, the signal is the same as my last and you can’t choose 5 g or 2 g, it only connects automatically.The set up was pretty easy.With the amount of money I spent on this I can only give it a total of 3 stars.

This router was up and running in five minutes, then I had to update all my computer login’s to the WIFI. No problems and the signal strength is much better than my previous 6-year old TP- Link router. The signal from this unit reaches outside the house and I was also able to remove the TP-Extender I bought 2-years ago. Downloads are faster and signals more reliable. Once again, TP-Link has improved my Internet reception. Tech support is left blank because I have not needed it in the last 5- years, however, previous support was always great too.
