How to Activate Arris CM3200A

1. Plug in the modem, ensuring both the power and coaxial cables are connected.
2. Wait about one hour for the modem to download necessary firmware.
3. Call your internet service provider for activation, providing the MAC and serial numbers from the modem’s sticker.
4. Your provider will confirm when your modem is activated and ready for use.

Arris CM3200A Login Instructions

1. Connect your computer to the modem using an Ethernet cable.
2. Open a web browser and enter 192.168.100.1 in the address bar.
3. Log in with:
   • Username: admin
   • Password: password

How to Reset Arris CM3200A

1. Ensure the modem is powered on for at least 5 minutes.
2. Locate the reset button (inside a small hole) on the back of the modem.
3. Press and hold the button with a paperclip for 30 seconds, then release.
4. Wait 5 minutes for the modem to reboot with factory settings restored.
